Doula for you - my services

I would like to point out that all my services can be personalized and matched together to create a package - based on your own wishes and needs. You can add them also in your wish list and receive them as a gift from family and friends.

Our first meeting is only to meet each other without any obligation: We have a coffee or tea together, we meet at the bar or outside to have a walk together. Or we can meet at your home or in my doulaspace #spaziodoula. This first meeting is not binding, if we do not meet again, no problem!

Blessingway

"When women get together, something magic is happening" - with the important women of the future mother I organise for you a blessingway: We honour you, we cuddle you and prepare you with a lot of female energy to the birth. There will be a sequence of rituals and activities to live in the best way the changes who attend you during and after the birth.

Doula all around you

This path begins in pregnancy and finishes after the birth. You are the one to decide how much and with what kind of frequency we meet. The meetings are held in your home or in my doulaspace #spaziodoula, to garantee you the most privacy and allow you to relax and to open up your heart. We do relaxation exercises together, you tell me what you feel at the moment and together we prepare the big event, what birth is. If you want, I accompany you during the birth - in the hospital, at home or wherever you desire to give birth.

The meetings can take place also online!

First steps at home

To make sure that the new beginning could be the sweetest possibile, I sustain you as soon as you get home - giving you a hand with housework, bringing you delicious food, taking care of the new baby or having a look after your bigger kids if you need some time to care about yourself or the baby. You decide how much and with what kind of frequency we meet - based on your needs.

Birth necklace

Pearl after pearl you come closer to the big day - the birth of your baby - and you get an idea what it could be like. You create your personal lucky charm for the birth.

If you already gave birth, you relive the experience, you elaborate it in a creative manner, you get a "red threat" to telling your unique birth story and in the same time your make yourself and your baby a special gift. To create your birth necklace, it is necessary 1 meeting of more or less 2 hours, at your home or at the doulaspace #spaziodoula.
